FUEL-IN: (00:19:36) Fuel-in is a Training Based Nutrition app. The app syncs directly with Training Peaks to ensure that daily caloric intake is perfectly matched to the athletes training volume, intensity and load. Every meal pre, during and post session is accounted for. 

The program utilizes a simple traffic light system to denote carbohydrate servings to assist the athlete with carbohydrate periodization based on the work required. The athlete will see daily macro nutrient and caloric targets for each day.

Fuel-in focuses on improving an athletes understanding of their carbohydrate capacity for high performance racing. Personalised hydration planning is also a key feature of the Fuel-in program.

Fuel-in has 100's of recipes that can be used to follow the program. Conversely, the athlete can sync LoseIt (preferred) or Myfitnesspal to track macros specifically.
