Episode 566 - Jack Moody. Dr Kate Baldwin. Race Reviews.

Jack Moody, NZ Professional Triathlete, has a reputation as one of the best runners in the sport. After winning Challenge Korea in a time of 7:50 he’s proven he can bike and swim too. We chat to Jack about his day.

Dr Kate Baldwin of Valere Endurance is back to share her expertise on scheduling strength training. We explore how to manage strength training during various phases: injury recovery, performance within racing seasons and off-season development. Plus, we focus on identifying and targeting the weakest aspect of triathlon training—whether it be swimming, biking, or running—and structuring a six-week strength program to address that specific area.

Lastly, we review the racing from the weekend including IRONMAN Hamburg and Challenge Korea.
